This report examines the equality of pay for our employees who are undertaking work of equal or similar value within their roles at SPS

SPS has a duty to publish information on the percentage difference among its employees between men’s average hourly pay (excluding overtime) and women’s average hourly pay (excluding overtime), known as the Gender Pay Gap. It involves calculating and publishing data on the difference in average earnings between men and women to help identify any disparities in pay and can drive efforts to address gender inequality in the workplace.
