This Report describes the key findings of the Scottish Prison Service’s (SPS) National Visitors Survey 2016. The Survey was undertaken in each of the 15 Scottish prisons. Questionnaires were distributed to visitors over a one week period as they arrived at the prison prior to their visit.

This Report describes the key findings of the Scottish Prison Service’s (SPS) National Visitors Survey 2018. The Survey was undertaken in each of the 15 Scottish prisons. Questionnaires were distributed to visitors over in November/December 2018 as they arrived at the prison prior to their visit.

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions agreed between the Parole Board of Scotland and the Scottish Prison Service (the Parties) under which specific Personal Data will be shared. It also outlines the safeguards that have been put in place to ensure that the sharing of Personal Data is lawful.

This template summarises the key decisions/actions taken in the EHRIA, and has been separated from the full EHRIA document for publication in compliance with statutory requirements.
