This Annual Delivery Plan (ADP) describes the programme of service development and improvement for the year. In this ADP, we detail the Essential Actions we will undertake in 2019/20.

There is a revision of the Flexible Working Policy due to changes in legislation contained within the ‘Children and Families Act 2014’, which is part of the government’s ‘Modern Workplaces’ consultation planning for a culture of flexible, family-friendly employment practises.

Integrated Case Management is a multi agency approach that is focused on reducing re-offending by ensuring, where possible, risks are identified and a plan is in place for each prisoner to reduce those risks in a sequenced and co-ordinated manner.
