SPS has a duty to publish information on the percentage difference among its employees between men’s average hourly pay (excluding overtime) and women’s average hourly pay (excluding overtime), known as the Gender Pay Gap. It involves calculating and publishing data on the difference in average earnings between men and women to help identify any disparities in pay and can drive efforts to address gender inequality in the workplace.
A strategy setting out how SPS, working alongside partners, aims to reduce the supply of substances into our establishments, support people in their recovery journey, and create better environments for everyone to live and work.
