Death in custody
Mark Dillon, 39, a prisoner at HMP Edinburgh has died. He was remanded at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on 28th November 2017. Police Scotland have been advised and the matter will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal. A Fatal Accident Inquiry will be held in due course.
