SPS publishes public sector equality duty reports

Today SPS published a number of reports in compliance with the Scottish-specific public sector equality duties.

           SPS Equality Mainstreaming Progress Report 2015-2017

           SPS Employment Equality Monitoring Report 2015-2016

           SPS Equal Pay, Gender Pay Gap and Occupational Segregation Report 2017

These set out the breadth of work that SPS has undertaken over the last two years to embed equality, diversity and human rights at the heart of our work, and the action we have taken to gather, analyse and use equality information to improve our practices.

The SPS Equality Outcomes 2017-2020 report sets out the equality and human rights work that we have identified as being the key focus of our work over the next 3 years, and the rationale for why these areas have been chosen.
