Deaths in Custody

Mark Michael Barry, 40, a prisoner at HMP Addiewell has died.  He was convicted at the English Crown Court on 11^th November 2016. Police Scotland have been advised and the matter will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal. Next of kin have been informed and a fatal accident inquiry may be held in due course.

William Millar, 64, a prisoner at HMP Castle Huntly has died.  He was convicted at Glasgow Sheriff Court on 15^th May 2015.  Police Scotland have been advised and the matter will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal. Next of kin have been informed and a fatal accident inquiry may be held in due course.
