SPS Corporate Plan Consultation Draft 2017-20

Overview:

SPS has published a consultation draft of its Corporate Plan 2017/20.  The draft Plan has been informed by a programme of engagement and consultation with staff, with those in our care, and with partner organisations. It describes how SPS as an Executive Agency will deliver the Scottish Government’s priorities in respect of the provision of custodial care in a way which supports delivery of the national outcomes set out in the National Performance Framework.

Why We Are Consulting:

We are committed to working together with partners and stakeholders to deliver the best outcomes for those in our care. The purpose of this consultation is to seek the views of those with an interest in services provided by SPS on our draft Plan. We would particularly welcome comments and feedback on our Strategic Themes, Strategic Outcomes and Success Indicators. At the end of the consultation period the Plan will be concluded, reformatted with graphics and submitted to the Cabinet Secretary for Justice for Ministerial Approval.
