We have a small team of leadership and management development specialists working from our college in Polmont, near Falkirk.
Working in this team you will design, deliver and manage accredited leadership and management programmes, and leadership activities and products to all staff across SPS.
The work of the Leadership team directly supports the development of management and leadership capability within SPS. You will work with the team to provide a wide range of training and development products and programmes to equip our managers and leaders with the skills to deliver our business goals and meet our Vision of helping to build a safer Scotland, unlocking potential and transforming lives.
