We offer HR careers in both generalist and specialist roles, with excellent development and progression opportunities. Within each prison a team of HR professionals provide HR advice, guidance and support across a range of HR policies and practices. Supporting management colleagues, your role will include effective case management, delivery of internal and external recruitment, maintenance and management of HR systems and effective management of workforce planning requirements.

Our prison based HR teams are complimented and supported by a team of HR professionals at our Headquarters and College, responsible for a number of areas including policy development, complex case management advice, resourcing, pay and pensions, equality and diversity and HR systems development.
