Death in Custody

Alexander Jamieson, 59, a prisoner from HMP Barlinnie has died on 21 August 2022. He was sentenced at Glasgow & Strathkelvin Sheriff Court in 2021. Police Scotland have been advised and the matter reported to the Procurator Fiscal. A Fatal Accident Inquiry will be held in due course.
