Apprenticeships

We recognise that the transition from education to employment is an important aspect of life for young people and that the development of young people is key to our future success. In support of the Scottish Government’s Youth Employment Strategy, the SPS is committed to providing employment opportunities to young people.

We have introduced modern apprenticeships in both engineering and a number of administration related disciplines (including Business Administration, Procurement and Finance), providing work experience and further education, as well as opportunities for career development for young people.
