Our central recruitment team are based at the Scottish Prison Service College and manage the Prison Officer recruitment process as well as all internal promotions and recruitment into a number of specialist roles across all our locations. In addition, HR teams at each prison establishment have responsibility for recruitment into local support roles, such as administration roles.
