FAMILY CONTACT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER INFORMATION
The Family Contact Development Manager at Greenock is Gerry Watt. There is a Family Contact Development notice board located in the Visit Room. The FCDO Duty Officer can be contacted for any queries, complaints or information Monday to Friday during office hours by telephoning 01475 787801 extension gerry.watt@sps.pnn.gov.uk
An F.C.D.O. can be contacted in the Visit Room at most times between 14.00hrs and 20.50 hrs. They are there to answer any enquiries you may have about: -

Complaints can be referred to the Visits i/c or the Operations Manager who will be on duty at that time or in writing to the Governor. You may also complete a Visitors Comments Form, which are available in the Visits Waiting Room. These will be passed to the FCD Manager who will respond to any issues that you have raised.
