OUR VISION We will deliver our tasks and services to a standard that will be recognised within and outwith SPS as best practice. We will deliver on our service agreement with the SPS Board. We will ensure compliance with legislation and policy. We will provide a service that gives all prisoners the opportunity to address their offending behaviour. We will manage our resources effectively and efficiently and we will actively contribute to reducing costs. We will contribute to the creation of an environment that will improve the safety, health and well-being of staff, prisoner and visitors. Working in partnership, we aspire to be the community facing prison for the Highlands & Islands and Moray. We will support and develop our staff to deliver our vision.
