Visiting Guidelines:

All visitors to establishments over the age of 16 years will be required to provide photographic identification and documentary evidence supporting proof of name and address every time they visit.

Proof of name and address must match that recorded on the visit sheet. When booking each visitor's full name and address must be identified/recorded.

The following examples shall be accepted as suitable for photographic identification purposes:

* Passport
* Photographic Driving License
* Other official photographic ID e.g. Membership Card
* Citizen/Validate UK Card (Citizen's card application form can be found at front desk on arrival and application is free)
* Workplace Photographic ID
* Photographic Bank Card

The following examples shall be accepted as suitable for proof of name and address:

* Utility Bill (Gas, electricity, etc)
* Any letter from an official source
* Benefit Book
* Council Tax Bill

 

Parking Facilities:

Ample visitor car parking in front of the establishment.

 

Disabled Facilities:

Disabled access and egress, disabled toilets and evacuation plan.

Monday - Friday

Mon - Wed 0930 - 1020 (Appellant Morning Session 1 - Please book in no later than 0915)

Mon - Wed 1040 - 1130 (Appellant Morning Session 2 - Please book in no later than 1025)

Mon - Wed 1330 1530 (Afternoon Quality Visits - Please book in no later than 1315)

Thurs - Fri 0930 1130 (Father and Child Morning Visits - Please book in no later than 0915)

Thurs - Fri 1330 - 1530 (Father and Child Afternoon Visits - Please book in no later than 1315)

Mon - Fri 1915 - 2030 (Evening Visits - Please book in no later than 1900)

 

Saturday and Sunday

Sat - Sun 0945 - 1145 (Father and Children Weekend Visits - Please book in no later than 0930)

Sat - Sun 1445 1545 (Weekend Afternoon Visits - Please book in no later than 1430)

 

Handing In Property/Money:

Photo ID & Proof of address required

Mon-Friday 9.00-12.00

13.00-16.00

18.00-20.00

Sat-Sunday 14.00-16.00

 

Posting In Property/Money:

All property and cash is posted at the senders own risk.

All property must be accompanied with a valid pro-forma. Only one pro-forma per parcel.
