How To Book Family/Friend Visit:

Visits are booked at the establishment by the prisoner.

How To Book Agent Visit:

Agent's visits can be booked by contacting 01382-319378. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4pm

Visiting Guidelines:

Agents require official Identification, Family and Friends visiting require official photographic ID such as a passport or photo card driving licence and evidence of their residential address, such as a recent utility bill

Parking Facilities:

Parking facilities are adjacent to the visit facility

Disabled Facilities:

Disabled parking, access and toilet facilities are on site within the visit facility

Visiting Times:

Monday to Friday (Except Wednesday, there are no visits on Wednesday) 7pm to 8.30pm

Saturday and Sunday 1pm to 3pm

Agents visits Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm

Handing In Property/Money:

Property and Money can be handed in during Family & Friends visiting hours. Permission to hand in property must be sought beforehand by the prisoner prior to the visit. Cash for prisoners can be handed in prior to the visit commencing, staff will issue an official receipt
