Kilmarnock Prison - How to get there

HMP Kilmarnock is situated on the A76, two miles from Kilmarnock. Travelling from the Glasgow or Ayr direction, leave the A77 (Services Exit) for Cumnock and take the A76 Cumnock / Dumfries road . It is a short bus journey from Kilmarnock town centre and there is a bus stop situated outside the prison drive, which is a short walk from the establishment.
