At SPS we actively promote equality and human rights as well as tackle entrenched inequalities by taking action using a dynamic, systematic and evidence based approach. This includes the operation of a policy of zero tolerance towards any form of homophobia or harassment on the basis of a person's sexual orientation and committed to preventing discrimination on the basis of a person's sexual orientation within the organisation.
