Behavioural Competency Framework



Our Behavioural Competency Framework defines the twelve key behaviours which allow our staff to support the delivery of our Vision.


The Framework is divided into three broad clusters:

1. Delivering our business

2. Relationships with people

3. Developing our organisation

Our recruitment practices are focused on identifying and assessing these key behaviours, in line with the particular requirements of each job role.
