How to Apply for an SPS Role
SELECTION PROCESS
All Assessments within the SPS include a Structured Interview. In addition the assessment of role specific competencies may include:
- Administrative and Estates - Job Related Testing (e.g. typing, trade test)
- Specialist roles - Presentation, Written Exercise, Job Related Testing
- Managerial roles - Presentation, Written Exercise, Job Related Testing. In addition Assessment Centres are facilitated for Senior Management roles normally consisting of Interview, Role Play, Written Exercise, Group Exercise. All managerial roles are subject to Psychometric Testing.
- Psychologist roles -Psychometrics, dependent on level of role.
