Mark - Deputy Governor

Mark's work history was in printing, but he wanted a change and joined the organisation as an Operations Officer. Mark now works as one of our Deputy Governors.

Kathleen - Policy Manager

Kathleen joined the organisation as an Operations Officer. Since joining the organisation, Kathleen has had exposure to many areas of the business and now works as a Policy Manager within our Operations Directorate.

Lillian - Head of Offender Outcomes

Lillian has recently been promoted to a Head of Function role, and is now taking on the role of Head of Offender Outcomes in one of our larger establishments. Lillian has described her time working as a Unit Manager based in one of our smaller establishments, which meant she had taken on the role of Head of Function.

Finlay - Head of Social Justice

Finlay joined the organisation as a Trainee Manager. Throughout this career journey, Finlay has worked in a number of our establishments and is currently working in our Headquarters as the Head of Social Justice. Finlay is due to move to a Head of Function role in one of our establishments very soon.

Mitch - Unit Manager

Mitch previously worked in the building trade and has now worked for the organisation for over 28 years. Mitch has worked his way from a Prison Officer to his current role as a Residential Unit Manager.
