Estates & Technical Services Directorate

The Estates & Technical Services Directorate provides a range of professional and technical services and is responsible for SPS activities in a number of key areas:

Estates Development Programme – a major investment initiative to design and deliver a prison service estate which is “fit for purpose” and fully supports and underpins the SPS aims and objectives.

Managing our assets – maximising the useful life of property assets, optimising the use of facilities, minimising our utilities and property costs and reducing our carbon emissions.
