DEATH IN CUSTODY

A prisoner from HM Prison Edinburgh has died on 12 April 2009.

Tomasz Krycyzk, 26 was remanded in custody in February 2009.

Police and Next of Kin have now been informed and a Fatal Accident Inquiry will be held in due course.
